Off-Campus Students

The Rutgers-Camden Learning Center offers academic support and support for students with disabilities for students enrolled in classes at our various off-campus locations including at Atlantic Cape Community College, Brookdale Community College, Burlington County College, Camden County College, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Mercer County Community College, and Raritan Valley Community College.
 
Disability Services
Students who have a documented disability or who believe they may be experiencing the effects of a physical or learning disability are instructed to contact the Interim Coordinator of Disability Services, Ajeenah Nuriddin-Litte at 856-225-6442 or by email at ajeenah.nuriddin-little@camden.rutgers.edu. Students with documented disabilities may be entitled to accomodations to ensure equal access to Rutgers-Camden curriculum and programming.
 
Tutoring and Writing Assistance
Off Campus students can also utilize tutoring and writing assistance services here at the Rutgers-Camden Learning Center.  All tutoring occurs by appointment only and students can make an appointment online at http://learn.camden.rutgers.edu.  The RCLC also offers real time live Online Tutoring in many classes as well.  Students seeking online tutoring will first select "Online Tutoring" as the subject area and then scroll to find the OL course for which they seek tutoring.  Students seeking assistance with making a tutorial appointment may contact Dr. Robert Ciervo, Director of the RCLC at 856-225-6442.
 
Academic Support
Students in need of more overall academic support in areas such as time management, organization, goal setting, note taking, test taking strategies and learning style assessment can contact the Learning Specialist, Ms. Sarah Vanacore at 856-225-6442 or by email at sarah.vanacore@rutgers.edu.  The Learning Center also has many academic support workshops available through online videos found at our Workshops page found here.
